InfraTec ImageIR 10300 Installed Thermal Camera for Research and Development Purposes with Thermal Resolution Exceeding Full HD

The InfraTec ImageIR 10300 Installed Thermal Camera is specifically designed for thermographic measurement/analysis of extremely high-resolution images and fast temperature processes. With a frame rate of up to 300 Hz (meaning 300 thermal images per second!), the ImageIR 10300 is capable of capturing extremely high-resolution thermal images. The latest thermal camera from German company InfraTec GmbH represents the most advanced 10 µm pixel size Focal-Plane-Array (FPA) photon detector technology on the international market, and it is also the device with the highest number of pixels. The InfraTec ImageIR 10300 Installed Thermal Camera is available with various application-specific options, such as task-specific internal filters.

State-of-the-Art 10 µm Detector Technology

Thanks to the latest 10 µm unique pixel size matrix (FPA) detector technology used in the ImageIR 10300 thermal camera, excellent image quality, particularly good thermal resolution, and real pixel resolution exceeding FULL HD image size are achieved, along with very high frame rates. Additionally, the detector features an extremely short integration time (as low as 1 µs) and SnapShot data recording capability.

High-Performance Research and Development Thermal Camera

The InfraTec ImageIR 10300 Installed Thermal Camera is primarily developed for highly demanding industrial and research and development applications, providing massive amounts of data through reliable 10 GigE fiber optic real-time radiometric thermal image transmission. Its measurement parameters can be extensively customized through software. Furthermore, in its compact and robust lightweight metal housing, it accommodates two software-controlled filter wheels (up to a total of 5 filters).

Simple Remote Control, Versatile Measurement Parameters

The InfraTec ImageIR 10300 Installed Thermal Camera can be remotely controlled from a PC via 10 GigE (fiber optic for data transmission and remote control) and USB 2.0 (for remote control) interfaces. Numerous automatic functions (e.g., autofocus) assist in quickly and comfortably capturing thermal images, and if needed, image acquisition can be linked to parameterizable trigger conditions.

PC Software

The high-performance and versatile thermal imaging software suite IRBIS®3.1 developed by InfraTec is specifically designed for industrial and scientific applications, compatible with Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Win7 or later versions. The basic package (included with the thermal cameras) comprises the IRBIS®3.1 base program for evaluating stored thermal images and image documentation, as well as the IRBIS®3.1 online program for live remote control of the thermal camera and real-time image transmission to a PC. For detailed analysis of thermal image sequences (e.g., creating videos, displaying thermal image galleries), as well as post-correction of recording parameters, optional software packages IRBIS®3.1 plus and IRBIS®3.1 professional are available.

These thermal cameras are marketed as complete systems, including accessories (high-performance PC, PC interface, cables), as well as the basic IRBIS®3 software and the IRBIS®3 online program.
