VarioCAM hr head 680/780 installed thermal camera - The new generation VarioCAM hr head installed thermal camera family - the product of the largest non-military thermography equipment manufacturer, the German company Jenoptik GmbH - enables high-quality real-time thermal image capture. Due to its small size and industrial design (IP65 protection!), the VarioCAM hr head thermal camera types not only belong to the most robust professional thermal cameras, but are also easy to install.

Robust and compact design
The VarioCAM hr head thermal camera was primarily developed for industrial applications (as an installed thermal camera): it has IP65 protection, is small-sized, compact, easily remote controllable, and optionally capable of real-time thermal image transmission. Thanks to its robust lightweight metal housing, it can withstand even the harshest conditions.
Task-specific configuration
The VarioCAM hr head thermal camera can be delivered in a task-specific configuration, allowing the system to be precisely tailored to specific conditions and metrological requirements.
Operation, remote control
The VarioCAM hr head thermal camera can be remotely controlled from a PC in various versions. Configurable from RS232 are protective alarm system configurations with configurable and level-switching functions and real-time thermal image acquisition systems with up to 60 Hz image transfer frequency (with optional FireWire interface).
Numerous automatic functions assist in quickly and conveniently capturing thermal images, and if needed, the storage of 16-bit thermal image data can also be done on a replaceable SD memory card.
PC software
The high-performance and versatile 32-bit IRBIS®3 thermography software family developed by InfraTec is specially designed for industrial applications. The basic software package (included with the thermal cameras) includes the IRBIS®3 basic program for evaluating stored thermal images and image documentation, as well as the IRBIS®3 remote program for live remote control of the thermal camera and (for configurations with fast data interfaces) the IRBIS®3 online program for real-time PC image transfer. For detailed evaluation of thermal image sequences (e.g. creating videos, displaying thermal image galleries) and for post-correction of recording parameters, the optional IRBIS®3 plus and IRBIS®3 professional software packages provide the capability.
The above thermal cameras are marketed as complete systems, therefore they come with accessories (PC interface, cables), as well as the IRBIS®3 basic software and the IRBIS®3 remote and IRBIS®3 online programs.
