The Easy-Laser® BTA XT190 Laser Belt Alignment Tool is a perfectly simple tool for detecting and correcting alignment errors in belt pulleys and sprockets. The instrument can be mounted and put into operation on the equipment being inspected in just a few seconds, and with the laser plane projection, adjustments can be made with unparalleled speed. Correct alignment reduces not only the wear on belt pulleys and sprockets but also the strain on belts or chains, the vibration of the entire system, and consequently the energy consumption.

Follow the adjustments on the integrated OLED display, or use the free XT Alignment app that can be downloaded to your phone, tablet, or a separate Easy-Laser® XT11 display unit. The machine's alignment values are automatically calculated. With the XT11 display unit or a mobile device, you can easily save data and create PDF reports.
