The new Easy-Laser® E710 shaft alignment tool from Easy-Laser incorporates the latest technologies, numerous machine measuring and alignment functions, and machine diagnostic capabilities, making it perhaps the most cost-effective and efficient tool in the maintenance equipment market. The Easy-Laser® E710 not only covers a wide range of traditional shaft alignment functions but also performs belt pulley alignment, checks bearing clearances, measures machine geometry, and even conducts vibration diagnostic measurements.

The built-in functions of the Easy-Laser® E710 embody a new concept of machine diagnostics and alignment: the instrument provides all functions for comprehensive machine condition assessment, checking base, soft foot, bearing clearance, and vibration level, measuring machine geometry, performing necessary machine adjustments, and finally documenting them on-site in electronic PDF format. Among the measurement programs of the Easy-Laser® E710 instrument are horizontal, vertical, cardan shaft, and belt alignment, live alignment, tolerance measurement, bearing clearance measurement, machine base straightness and twist measurement, vibration measurement, and bearing condition check functions. The Easy-Laser® E710 is capable of soft foot inspection and thermal expansion compensation, as well as simultaneous (chain-like) alignment of multi-coupled machines. Measurement filters can be applied to reduce errors caused by external influences such as vibrations. To simplify measurements (and achieve feasibility in confined spaces), the Easy-Turn function allows shaft alignment measurements to be initiated from any position and can even be executed with 2 x 20° shaft rotations. Test documentation in PDF format can be created directly on the instrument (on-site) and stored in the memory of the Easy-Laser® E710 or on an external USB memory. Achieving the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ power management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to master. To expedite measurements and quickly load parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal presets. The Easy-Laser® E710 can be a modern maintenance tool in the long run, with its capabilities expandable through various accessories and simple updates of its built-in program via USB memory.Built-in adjustment programs
