3D rotary laser system for edge-plane flatness measurement
The Easy-Laser company's Easy-Laser® E915 alignment tool with a simple user interface, detailed 3D diagrams, and fast measurement programs assists in professional and accurate laser machine alignment, while its rotating laser transmitter enables efficient measurement of flat surfaces and edges.
The measurement phases can be documented in the instrument (on-site) in PDF format, which can be stored in the Easy-Laser® E915 memory or on an external USB memory.
To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ power management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. To speed up measurements and quickly reload parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environments can be stored as personal settings.
The Easy-Laser® E915 can serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by updating its built-in program via USB memory.
