3D laser measuring system for machine geometry measurements
The Easy-Laser company's Easy-Laser® E920 alignment tool with a simple user interface, detailed 3D graphics, and quick measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. In addition to numerous measurement programs, it is also suitable for various correction and verification measurements. The Easy-Laser® E920 tool includes 24 geometric measurement programs for the precise alignment and measurement of machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
The measurement phases can be documented on the device (immediately on site) in PDF format, which can be stored in the Easy-Laser® E920 memory or on an external USB memory.
To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption and ensure uninterrupted measurement processes, the Endurio™ energy management technology ensures that measurements can continue quickly and seamlessly even in the event of depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. For accelerated measurements and quick parameter loading, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environments can be stored as personal settings.
The capabilities of the Easy-Laser® E920 can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by updating its built-in program easily from a USB memory.
