Easy-Laser E940 Machine Alignment Tool - The instrument Easy-Laser® E940 by Damalini company with a simple user interface, detailed 3D graphics, and quick measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. In addition to numerous measurement programs, it is also suitable for various correction and verification measurements. The Easy-Laser® E940 instrument includes 24 geometric measurement programs for the extreme precise (0.0001 mm resolution) alignment and measurement of machine tools, multi-axis machining centers, and similar equipment.
The measurement phases can be documented directly in the instrument (on-site) in PDF format, which can be stored in the memory of Easy-Laser® E940 or on an external USB memory.
To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption and ensure uninterrupted measurement processes, the Endurio™ energy management technology takes care of it, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with drained batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. To expedite measurements and quickly load parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal configurations.
