Easy-Laser E950 Machine Geometry Adjuster - Professional 3D Laser Bore Alignment System

The Easy-Laser® E950 machine geometry adjuster instrument with a simple user interface, detailed 3D diagrams, and quick measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. The instrument includes 24 machine geometry measurement programs, especially for checking bore positions, as well as for precise geometric alignment and measurement of machine tools and manufacturing equipment. In addition to numerous measurement programs, it is also suitable for various correction and verification measurements.

The measurement phases can be documented in the instrument (immediately on site) in PDF format, which can be stored in the memory of Easy-Laser® E950 or on an external USB memory.

To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ power management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to master. To expedite measurements and quickly reload parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal configurations.

The Easy-Laser® E950 can also serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by simple updating of its built-in program via USB memory.

Centerline: measurement of bore and bearing seat alignment (2-point method)
Centerline: measurement of bore and bearing seat alignment (4-point method)
Semicircle Centerline: measurement of bore and bearing seat positions on disassembled machines (3-point method)
Semicircle Centerline: measurement of bore and bearing seat positions on disassembled machines (multipoint method)
Spindle Direction: for aligning machine tools, drilling machines spindles. Measurement possible during rotation!
Straightness: measurement of straightness of machine bases, shafts, machine elements, bores, rails, guideways with up to 150 measuring points

Parallelism: measurement of parallelism of machine bases, machines, machine elements (e.g. cylinders, guideways, rails) (conventional method)
Lateral position and angle: indicates the parallelism and angular error of axes, suitable for single- and dual-axis measuring units, as well as for dynamic measurements
Value: real-time (online) display of up to 10 rows of single- or dual-axis measuring units, e.g. for dynamic or flatness measurements
Conventional: adjustment of horizontally positioned machine axes and shaft couplings using the traditional "9 - 12 - 3 o'clock" method
EasyTurn: adjustment of horizontally positioned machine axes and shaft couplings based on just two +/-20° rotations, starting from any angle
