Easy-Laser E960 Machine Geometry Adjuster - The Easy-Laser® E960 instrument from Damalini company with a simple user interface, detailed 3D diagrams, and fast measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. The Easy-Laser® E960 instrument includes 24 machine geometry measurement programs - especially for disassembled machines and turbine housings, as well as for bearing seats and hole locations, but also for precise geometric alignment and measurement of machine tools and manufacturing equipment.

While achieving the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ energy management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with drained batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. To speed up measurements and quickly load parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal configurations.

The Easy-Laser® E960 can also be a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by updating its built-in program easily from a USB memory.

Built-in Alignment Programs (not a complete list)
Circle Centerline: measurement of the alignment of holes, bearing seats (2-point method)
Circle Centerline: measurement of the alignment of holes, bearing seats (4-point method)
Semicircle Centerline: measurement of the position of holes and bearing seats on disassembled machines (3-point method)
Semicircle Centerline: measurement of the position of holes and bearing seats on disassembled machines (multi-point method)
Spindle Direction: for adjusting the direction of machine tools, drilling machines. Measurement is possible even during rotation!
Straightness: measurement of the straightness of machine bases, shafts, machine elements, holes, rails, guideways considering up to 150 measuring points
Perpendicularity: measurement of the perpendicularity of machines, equipment, machine bases, stands, etc.
Flatness: measurement of the flatness (and twist) of machine bases, machine tables, machine elements with a maximum of 300 measuring points and consideration of 3 arbitrary reference points

Ovality: high-precision measurement and documentation of deviation from circularity (with any number of measuring points)
Edge Flatness: measurement of the flatness of circular edges with up to 180 measuring points per radius on up to 5 radii
Edge Parallelism: parallelism of circular edges (to each other)
Parallelism: measurement of the parallelism of machine bases, machines, machine elements (e.g., cylinders, guideways, rails) using the traditional method
Position and angle: displays axis parallelism and angular error, applicable to single and dual-axis measuring units, as well as for dynamic measurements
Value: displays up to 10 rows of single or dual-axis measuring units live (online) for dynamic or flatness measurements
Traditional: adjustment of horizontal machine axes and shaft couplings using the traditional "9 - 12 - 3 o'clock" method
EasyTurn: adjustment of horizontal machine axes and shaft couplings based on just two +/-20° rotations, starting from any angle
Soft foot: verification of correct horizontal machine fixation, recognition of "tripodness"
