3D laser measuring system for parallelism measurement
The Easy-Laser® E970 instrument from Eas-Laser with a simple user interface, detailed 3D graphics, and quick measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. In addition to numerous measurement programs, it is suitable for various correction and verification measurements. The Easy-Laser® E970 instrument includes 24 geometric measurement programs for measuring the parallelism of cylinders and other machine structures (e.g., guideways, rails, support elements) using a conventional method, as well as for highly accurate machine geometry measurement and adjustment. (The following image shows the conventional parallelism measurement tool arrangement and method.)
The measurement phases can be documented directly on-site in the instrument in PDF format, which can be stored in the memory of the Easy-Laser® E970 laser alignment tool or on an external USB memory.
To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ power management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. To expedite measurements and quickly reload parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environments can be stored as personal settings. The Easy-Laser® E970 can serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by easily updating its built-in program from a USB memory.
