3D laser measurement system for the alignment of sawing machines
The Easy-Laser® E980 machine geometry adjuster by Easy-Laser features a simple user interface, detailed 3D diagrams, and quick measurement programs to assist in professional and precise laser machine alignment. The instrument includes 18 specialized machine geometry measurement programs, particularly designed for quick and accurate geometry adjustments and measurements of large woodworking sawing machines (machine lines).
The measurement phases can be documented in PDF format directly on-site with the instrument, which can be stored in the memory of the Easy-Laser® E980 or on an external USB memory.
To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption and ensure uninterrupted measurement processes, the Endurio™ energy management technology is utilized, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. For accelerating measurements and quick parameter loading, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal configurations.
The Easy-Laser® E980 can serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories, and its built-in program can be easily updated via USB memory.
