The Easy-Laser company's Easy-Laser® XT550 instrument with 13 professional yet easy-to-use alignment programs facilitates fast and precise laser machine measurement and alignment. In addition to its measuring programs, it is suitable for multiple correction and verification measurements, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of alignments. Its specialty is its applicability in explosive environments.

To simplify measurements (and achieve feasibility in tight spaces), the Easy-Turn function allows the shaft alignment measurement to be initiated from any position and can even be executed with just 2 x 20° shaft rotations. Features

Built-in alignment programs

	Traditional: alignment of horizontal machines' shafts and couplings using the traditional "9 - 12 - 3 o'clock" method
	EasyTurn™: alignment of horizontal machines' shafts and couplings based on just two +/-20° rotations, starting from any angle
	MultiPoint: the multi-point measurement method is fundamentally the same as EasyTurn™, but can capture multiple points in the rotational range. This provides optimal calculation data. Perfect for turbine and sliding bearing applications.
	Continuous Rotation: automatic recording of measurement values during continuous shaft rotation. The simplest and fastest way for interconnected machines. Hundreds of measurement points can be registered. Start recording, rotate the shaft, stop at any angle, and immediately receive the results.
	Disengaged: applicable for disengaged machines when combined rotation is difficult. You can rotate the two shafts alternately, stopping anywhere. Suitable for large heavy machines, such as gas turbines, wind turbines, or gearboxes.
	Soft Foot: verification of correct horizontal machine mounting, recognition of "three-footedness"
	*Cardan:** display of angular errors and lateral deviations in cardan-coupled machines
	Vertical: alignment of vertical and peripherally mounted machine shafts and couplings
	Lateral Position and Angle: indicates shaft parallelism and angular errors, suitable for single and dual-axis measuring units, as well as dynamic measurements
	Value: live (Online) display of up to 10 rows of single- or dual-axis measuring units, e.g., for dynamic or flatness measurements
	Machine Group: enables the collective alignment of multiple (up to 5) interconnected machines
	RefLock^TM any pair of feet can be defined as a reference (this is a sub-function of the "Machine Group" program)
	Thermal Expansion: eliminates alignment errors occurring in "cold" condition set machines due to different thermal expansion rates
	Tolerance: qualification of the accuracy of performed machine alignments with numerical and graphical representation (sub-function)
	Flatness: measurement of flatness of machine bases, machine elements, holes with consideration of up to 150 measurement points
	Filter: measurement averaging for measurements in noisy environments (next to vibrating machines) (sub-function)
