The HIKmicro BX20 mobile thermal camera is a highly versatile, high-resolution, pistol-grip design EXPLOSION-PROOF thermal camera. It is a rugged industrial-grade thermal camera designed primarily for professionals conducting surveys of industrial (mechanical and electrical) equipment in hazardous areas. Its built-in user-friendly features and ease of use result in excellent practical usability: in addition to capturing thermal images, digital photos can also be taken for easier documentation of the objects being measured, maximum value display and alarms help in identifying critical areas.

Rugged, compact, explosion-proof
The explosion-proof design, easy handling, and analysis functions of the HIKmicro BX20 thermal camera are ideal for industrial inspectors and maintenance personnel working in hazardous areas. On-site thermal image analysis is supported by various color palettes, overlaying thermal and visual images, picture-in-picture function, as well as cold/hot spot and area display.
Visual alarm for threshold exceedance
The HIKmicro BX20 provides automatic visual alarms in case of pre-set temperature threshold exceedance. This ensures that critical areas are not overlooked during quick inspections.
Large memory capacity
The HIKmicro BX20 saves data into its internal memory with a capacity of 16 GB, allowing users to save as many thermal images as they wish (90,000 thermal images!). The built-in 2-megapixel digital video camera, as well as the composite image (thermal image projected onto a photo) and PiP (picture-in-picture) display and storage, facilitate thermal image documentation and identification.
Data download
Connecting the device to a PC is extremely simple. Thermal images and photos can be downloaded from the HIKmicro BX20 thermal camera via a USB-C interface.
Intuitive analysis and reporting software
The device comes with Windows-based software that enables post-processing of images, report generation, and data archiving. It is easy to use, allowing quick viewing of measurement results and automated report generation. The above thermal cameras are sold as complete systems, including accessories and PC base software.
