The HIKmicro G41H portable thermal camera is a professional, high-resolution (480x360 pixels), fast frame rate (50 Hz), and excellent thermal resolution (35 mK) pistol-grip thermal camera. It is a very ergonomic, industrial-grade (rugged) thermal camera designed for professionals conducting surveys of buildings and industrial (mechanical and electrical) equipment. In addition to its measurement capabilities, its large touchscreen, built-in user-friendly features, and ease of use result in excellent practical usability: in addition to capturing thermal images, digital photos can also be taken for easier identification of objects to be measured, a laser pointer aids in locating hot spots, and along with the images, sound recordings and GPS coordinates can also be recorded.

The HIKmicro G41H thermal camera with its ergonomic, shock-resistant design, touchscreen operation, and analysis functions is ideal for industrial maintenance personnel. During measurements, the built-in laser pointer and visual camera facilitate the identification of problematic areas. On-site analysis of thermal images is supported by various color palettes, overlay of thermal and visual images, picture-in-picture function, as well as display of cold/hot spots and areas.
Visual alarm for exceeding threshold values
The HIKmicro G41H provides automatic visual alarms in case of exceeding pre-set temperature threshold values. This ensures that critical areas are not overlooked during rapid inspections.
Large memory capacity
The HIKmicro G41H saves data on the interchangeable (supplied: 64 GB capacity) microSD memory card, allowing users to save as many thermal images as they want. It is possible to store nearly 54 hours of radiometric thermal video. The documentation and identification of thermal images are aided by the built-in 8-megapixel digital video camera, 60-second sound recording per image, recording of GPS coordinates, as well as the display and storage of composite images (thermal image projected onto a photo) and PiP (picture-in-picture) display. The built-in laser distance meter ensures correct focusing of the images.
Data download and live display
Connecting the HIKmicro G41H handheld thermal camera to a PC is extremely simple. Thermal images and voice notes can be downloaded from the thermal camera via USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth, and live display of the thermal camera can also be viewed.
Intuitive analysis and reporting software
The device comes with Windows-based software that allows for post-image processing, report generation, and data archiving.
