The HIKmicro M31 portable thermal camera is a highly versatile device with high pixel resolution (384x288 pixels) and excellent thermal resolution (30 mK). It is a rugged industrial-grade thermal camera designed for professionals conducting surveys of buildings and industrial (mechanical and electrical) equipment. In addition to its measurement capabilities, its built-in user-friendly features and easy touchscreen operation result in excellent practical usability: in addition to capturing thermal images, digital photos can also be taken for easier identification of objects to be measured, a laser pointer assists in locating hot spots, and audio recordings can also be made alongside the images.

Rugged, compact, and versatile
The HIKmicro M31 thermal camera's robust, shock-resistant design, touchscreen operation, and analysis functions are ideal for industrial maintenance technicians. During measurements, the built-in laser pointer and visual camera facilitate the identification of problematic areas. The on-site analysis of thermal images is supported by various color palettes, overlaying thermal and visual images, picture-in-picture function, as well as displaying cold/hot spots and areas.
Visual alert for threshold exceedance
The HIKmicro M31 provides automatic visual alerts in case of predefined temperature threshold exceedance. This ensures that critical areas are not overlooked during rapid inspections.
Large memory capacity
The HIKmicro M31 saves data on the interchangeable (supplied: 64 GB capacity) SD memory card, allowing users to save as many thermal images as they need. Nearly 300 hours of thermal image videos can be recorded. The documentation and identification of thermal images are aided by the built-in 8-megapixel digital video camera, 60-second audio recording per image, as well as the composite image (projection of thermal image onto photo) and PiP (picture-in-picture) display and storage.
Data download and live display
Connecting the HIKmicro M31 handheld thermal camera to a PC is extremely simple. Thermal images and voice notes can be downloaded from the thermal camera via USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth, and live thermal camera display can be viewed through it.
Intuitive analysis and reporting software
The device comes with a Windows-based software that allows for post-image processing, report generation, and data archiving. Its use is easy to learn, enabling quick viewing of measurement results and automated report generation.
