The HIKmicro SP40 thermal camera with its ergonomic, shock-resistant design, touchscreen operation, and analysis functions is ideal for professional experts. During measurements, the built-in laser pointer, laser distance measurement, GPS receiver, and visual camera facilitate the exploration of problematic areas. Thermal image analysis on-site is made easier by various color palettes, overlaying thermal and visual images, picture-in-picture function, contour display, as well as displaying cold/hot spots and areas.

Visual alarms for threshold exceedance

The HIKmicro SP40 provides automatic visual alarms in case of pre-set temperature threshold exceedance. This ensures that critical areas are not overlooked during rapid inspections.

Large memory capacity

The HIKmicro SP40 saves data on the interchangeable (supplied: 64 GB capacity) SD memory card, allowing users to save as many thermal images as they want. It is possible to store nearly 64 hours of radiometric thermal image-video. The documentation and identification of thermal images are aided by the built-in 8MP digital video camera, 60-second audio recording per image, recording of GPS coordinates, as well as composite image projection (thermal image projected onto a photo) and PiP (picture-in-picture) display and storage. The built-in laser distance measurement ensures correct focusing of images.

Data download and live display

Connecting the HIKmicro SP40 handheld thermal camera to a PC is extremely simple. Thermal images and voice notes can be downloaded from the thermal camera via USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth, and live display of the thermal camera can be viewed through it.

Intuitive analysis and reporting software

The device comes with Windows-based software that enables post-image processing, report generation, and data archiving. Its use is easy to master, allowing for quick viewing of measurement results and automated report generation.
