The HIKmicro SP40H thermal camera with its ergonomic, shock-resistant design, touchscreen operation, and analysis functions is ideal for professional experts. During measurements, the built-in laser pointer, laser distance measurement, GPS receiver, and visual camera facilitate the exploration of problematic areas. The on-site analysis of thermal images is made easier with various color palettes, overlaying of thermal and visual images, picture-in-picture function, contour display, as well as displaying cold/hot spots and areas.
Visual alarms for threshold exceedance
The HIKmicro SP40H provides automatic visual alarms in case of pre-set temperature threshold exceedance. This ensures that critical areas are not overlooked during quick inspections.
Large memory capacity
The HIKmicro SP40 saves data on an interchangeable (supplied: 128 GB capacity) SD memory card, allowing users to save as many thermal images as they want. It is possible to store nearly 72 hours of radiometric thermal image-video. The documentation and identification of thermal images are aided by the built-in 8-megapixel digital video camera, 60-second sound recording per image, recording of GPS coordinates, as well as the display and storage of composite images (thermal image projected onto a photo) and picture-in-picture (PiP) display. The built-in laser distance measurement ensures correct focusing of the images.
Data download and live display
Connecting the HIKmicro SP40H handheld thermal camera to a PC is extremely simple. Thermal images and voice notes can be downloaded from the thermal camera to the PC via USB, WiFi, or Bluetooth, and live display of the thermal camera can be viewed through it.
Intuitive analysis and reporting software
The device comes with Windows-based software that enables post-image processing, report generation, and data archiving. It is easy to use, allowing for quick viewing of measurement results and automated report generation.
