Compact Optris Xi410 Installed Thermal Camera
The latest installed thermal camera from Optris GmbH in Germany is the Optris Xi410 installed thermal camera, which enables real-time - high-resolution - thermal image capture. Due to its small size and industrial design (IP67), as well as its software-controlled motorized focus, the Xi410 not only belongs to the most rugged (and smallest) thermal cameras, but is also very easy to install. Moreover, it is capable of standalone operation (including thermal image evaluation) even without a connected PC.

Rugged and Compact Design
The compact (only Ø 36 mm x 100 mm) Xi 410 thermal camera was primarily developed for industrial applications (as an installed thermal camera): it has a compact design, a metal housing with IP67 protection, making it resistant to even the harshest conditions.
Operation, Remote Control
Remote control of the Xi410 thermal camera from a PC is easily achievable. It features an Ethernet standard interface through which remote control of the camera and thermal image data transfer up to 25Hz can be done using the PIX connect software. The separate 5...30 V DC power supply can also be provided through the PoE interface. (The thermal camera is supplied with a FastEthernet/PoE cable.)
PC Software
The versatile PIX connect thermography software developed by Optris is specifically designed for industrial applications, compatible with 32-/64-bit Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win10. The basic package of the software (included with the thermal cameras) allows for evaluation of stored thermal images, image documentation, and live remote control of the thermal camera.
These thermal cameras are sold as complete systems, including accessories and the PIX connect software.
