VMI TrendView Trend Creation Software - The TrendView software is an easy-to-use, Windows XP/Windows 7-based data storage and trend creation PC software for the Viber-X3 type vibration measuring data collector handheld instrument. The TrendView is used for receiving data from the handheld instrument, storing them, automatic limit value evaluation, trend and report creation. Machine groups, machines, and measuring points can be named arbitrarily. New databases can be easily created, new plants, machines, and measuring points can be quickly added. Up to 100 measurements can be entered into each database. Temperature data can also be stored. Wide-band vibration levels and bearing condition values frequency ranges can be easily set for each measuring point. By setting prediction and alarm limit values, we receive information during the measurement if the machine vibration or bearing condition (both g-based and envelope curve) reaches or exceeds the preset values. With the TrendView software, trends of machine vibrations and bearing conditions can be generated at the touch of a button from the stored data. Simply select the machine or measuring point within the appropriate machine group, and the trend is available. TrendView V1.3.4.0

The received graphs can be zoomed in and scaled. Each measuring point can be displayed based on velocity, acceleration, or displacement. The trends of multiple selected measuring points can be displayed simultaneously. Measurement results can be printed out with the touch of a button. For evaluating the root mean square value and its trend, a helper table prepared according to ISO 10816-3 also provides assistance. The VMI empirical graph provides information for evaluating bearing condition characteristics. The data displayed in the wooden structure and the measurements in the trends, as well as the colors in the background of the trends, change according to the set limit values - thus, critical measuring points or times can be immediately identified at a glance. Reports can be printed out at any time or exported for editing in Word. For time-saving purposes, the most frequently used functions are also available on the top icon bar (editable by the user!).
