Additional Special Capabilities

A novelty is that we do not prepare a measurement route in advance and then measure the machine. The Synergys VShooter-3-WL "thinks" differently: first, take a photo, mark (and name) the planned measurement locations, then perform vibration measurements. Then, view the "machine condition photo," summary graphs (ISO 10816-3 vibration level + bearing condition), and spectra and waveforms.

For a machine previously measured, we don't even need to take a photo before the measurement: just select the current machine from the VShooter-3-WL memory and start measurements. In addition to the listed result displays, we also get a trend chart, as the machine's history is known, allowing the speed of deterioration to be graphically represented.

In addition to the above, the VShooter-3-WL's automatic vibration analysis functions can be used to thoroughly investigate potential faults in rotating machinery. The instrument can detect imbalance, shaft misalignment, mechanical looseness, as well as improper bearing lubrication and bearing faults.
