The vibration sensor supplied as an accessory with the device can be replaced according to individual measurement tasks, making the VMI Viber-X2-Pro™ suitable for use even with installed sensors. Thanks to its data storage memory, the instrument is also suitable for data collection. The stored measurements can be recorded and displayed in the form of trends using the TrendView PC software provided with the instrument. Its long battery life and memory capable of storing 100 measurement results make it suitable for conducting regular comprehensive monitoring measurements. Moreover, to support regular trend analysis measurements, the instrument is supplied with the TrendView PC software.

Through simple menu navigation using the device's buttons, the frequency range of the measured vibrations and the display mode can be quickly adjusted according to the analysis requirements. The large display ensures good readability, showing not only the condition of the element but also two main vibration parameters.

Versatile Settings for Analysis

The VMI Viber-X2-Pro™ handheld instrument can evaluate vibrations based on various characteristics. The display of peak, peak-to-peak, and effective values can be set not only in metric (SI) units but also in imperial units. Various ICP-powered sensors can be connected to the instrument via a BNC connector, and their sensitivity can be adjusted on the instrument.

Vibration Analysis with Bearing Inspection Capability

The VMI Viber X2-Pro™ handheld instrument is suitable for inspecting the condition of bearings by displaying various characteristics of vibrations. For example, the bearing condition can be analyzed based on the peak value of vibration acceleration, the relationship between effective and peak values, and the gBC value, observing the damage process of bearings.

The Viber-X2-Pro™ instrument is supplied with a complete set of accessories. The TrendView PC software and the user manual in Hungarian provided with the instrument assist in conducting analyses and measurements.
