Easy operation, easy readability

The device can be quickly set up via simple menus using its buttons to adjust the frequency range of the measured vibrations and the display mode according to the analysis requirements. The large display ensures good readability, showing not only the condition of the element but also two main vibration parameters.

Versatile settings for analyses

The VMI Viber-X2™ handheld instrument can evaluate vibrations based on various characteristics. The display of peak, peak-to-peak, and effective values can be set not only in metric (SI) units but also in imperial units. Various ICP-powered sensors can be connected to the device via a BNC connector, and their sensitivity can be adjusted in the instrument.

Vibration analysis with bearing inspection capability

The VMI Viber X2™ handheld instrument is also suitable for inspecting bearing conditions by displaying various characteristics of vibrations. Based on the damage process of bearings, the bearing condition can be analyzed, for example, by observing the peak value of vibration acceleration or the relationship between effective and peak values, as well as by analyzing based on the gBC value.
