The DN26-G3 machine protection unit meets the highest reliability requirements, and its fully universal analog inputs are suitable for driving and receiving/processing signals from most common sensors. Each channel can be individually configured through the unit's integrated web server, and the alarm relays, analog outputs, and other functions can be application-specifically set up.

The two analog channels of the unit can be independently programmed for continuous display, processing, and protective evaluation of wide-ranging machine parameters (including absolute or relative vibration, shaft displacement, thermal expansion, etc.). The third (optional) channel serves for receiving signals from rotation sensors for speed measurement or phase angle reference.

Additional capabilities

The DN26-G3 unit can provide the necessary sensor power supply according to the selected sensor attachment, e.g., for 2- or 3-channel ICP vibration sensors, ± 24V eddy current proximity sensors, and speed sensors. The signal of each sensor is available on the front panel (buffered) analog output, where programming (configuration), channel settings, and data download interface are also located. In addition, the signals of the analog channels are available on terminal blocks as 4 ... 20 mA signals.

The unit features a color LCD display, enabling immediate and continuous display of machine parameters. The various display options allow for numerical data, bar displays per channel, logging of alarms, and unit configuration. The DN26-G3 system has a very compact footprint - only 127 x 109 x 89 mm in size - and can be mounted on standard DIN TS32 or DIN TS35 rails. Mechanical protection/measurement modes
