Larson Davis LD 831C Sound Level Meter: Real-time Noise Analyzer and High-capacity Data Collector Combined
The Larson Davis LD 831C Sound Level Meter combines the capabilities of a Class 1 sound level meter, remote controllable and high-capacity data collector, and a real-time noise analyzer in a compact, robust, user-friendly handheld instrument. Its special features include: replayable audio and sound recording, multiple communication options (including GPRS), real-time 1/1 and 1/3 octave as well as spectrum analysis. In time-history recording mode, the instrument stores six parameters in each time interval, including: Lns, RTA Leq, RTA Max or RTA Min spectral data (ANY LEVELTM function). Optionally, weather parameters can also be measured and recorded with the LD 831C instrument.
Additional features to facilitate its use include: backlit color graphical display and keyboard, Windows-based PC software for instrument setup, data download, analysis, and export to spreadsheet software. Moreover, the LD AtlasTM iOS® and AndroidTM application allows remote monitoring and configuration of the instrument from a smartphone or tablet PC.
