Easy-Laser E975 Laser Alignment Tool - Professional 3D Laser Parallelism Alignment System (NEW MEASUREMENT METHOD!)

Easy-Laser E975 Laser Alignment Tool - The Easy-Laser® E975 instrument from Damalini company with a simple user interface, detailed 3D diagrams, and quick measurement programs assists in professional and precise laser machine alignment. In addition to numerous measurement programs, it is also suitable for multiple correction and verification measurements. The Easy-Laser® E975 instrument includes 24 geometric measurement programs for measuring the parallelism of cylinders and other machine structures (e.g., guides, rails, supports) (NEW MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE), as well as for highly accurate machine geometry surveying and adjustment. (The following image shows the new parallelism measurement tool layout and method of E975.)

For the NEW PROCEDURE parallelism alignment with Easy-Laser® E 975, a combined measuring unit is used, consisting of an E2 laser detector and an E290 highly accurate level. First, we detect the reference beam created by the laser transmitter with the measuring unit placed on the reference cylinder, then we repeat the same process on the cylinder to be measured - and we have the result! Moreover, the cylinder can be adjusted in real-time! If the reference beam does not reach every cylinder to be measured (due to optical obstruction), we can also relocate the laser transmitter to another cylinder while preserving the data of the reference cylinder thanks to a separate program step!

The measurement phases can be documented directly on-site in the instrument in PDF format, which can be stored in the memory of the Easy-Laser E975 Laser Alignment Tool or on an external USB memory.

To achieve the lowest possible energy consumption, the Endurio™ energy management technology ensures uninterrupted measurement processes, allowing measurements to continue quickly and without data loss even with depleted batteries. The device is designed to withstand the demands of industrial applications, with ergonomic handling that is easy to learn. To expedite measurements and quickly input parameters, barcode identification is available, and individual measurement environment settings can be stored as personal configurations. The Easy-Laser E975 Laser Alignment Tool can serve as a modern maintenance tool in the long term. Its capabilities can be enhanced with numerous accessories and by easily updating its built-in program from a USB memory. Features
