Rugged and Accurate

The Optris P20-LT infrared thermometer is an industrial-grade instrument, which not only offers a wide measurement range from 0°C to +1300°C, but also provides industrial users with a measurement accuracy of 2°C. The object's emissivity factor can be set between 0.100 and 1.000.

Unique Optics

The Optris P20-LT infrared thermometer is specifically designed for remote (safe) temperature measurement of extremely hot objects: on one hand, it assists in precise targeting of the object to be measured with the dual laser indicating the real measuring spot size and the targeting telescope, on the other hand, the instrument's optics provide a measuring spot ratio of 120:1. This allows for measuring spots as small as 100 mm from a distance of up to 12 meters.

Data Collection and PC Software

In addition to the above, the Optris P20-LT infrared thermometer has even more to offer: it can also be used as a data collector thanks to its internal memory, which is sufficient for 2000 measurements. The measurement results can be sent to a PC via USB, where with the versatile, 32-bit, Windows XP/Vista/Win7-compatible Compactconnect PC software developed by Optris, we can observe thermal processes, store, and document the values.
