PIM ProfiTrend trend creation software - The ProfiTrend is primarily used for setting up and receiving data from the VibMinderPro handheld instrument, storing and automatically evaluating its data, creating trends and reports, as well as logging maintenance activities. In addition, the software is capable of processing data from the portable VibMinder and VibProfi, as well as the installed VibOnline devices.

In the ProfiTrend software, arbitrarily many plants can be created. Existing plants, machine groups, and machines can be easily moved to another location or (e.g. when decommissioned or replaced) to the warehouse with a simple drag and drop. Their order can be changed at any time.

The icon-equipped tree structure provides the best overview of the database and at the same time indicates the current machine and bearing condition for each measuring direction, measuring point, machine, and machine group. This way, critical areas can be found immediately!

Many useful pieces of information can be attached to each machine group, machine, and measuring point. For easier navigation, each element can be accompanied by a photo or drawing that can be enlarged with a click.

With the ProfiTrend software, the necessary measuring routes can be created in moments: simply drag the desired plant into the measuring route field with the mouse, and it's done! Transferring the measuring route to the instrument and receiving the measured data is just as simple: after connecting and turning on the instrument, the program automatically detects which serial port the instrument is on, checks its type and condition.

The software practically allows an unlimited number of measurements to be stored per measuring point. Upon receiving the data, the evaluation and alert (with color coding) are based on the current limit values. The limit values can be redefined for each measuring direction at any time. For easier completion, the software displays an excerpt from the ISO 10816 standard and a supplementary diagram for bearing condition (source: VMI).

With the ProfiTrend software, various trends can be created at the push of a button. Through numerous setting options, everyone can customize the display of trends to their liking - in two- or three-dimensional representation. Colors and labels can be freely changed, the charts can be enlarged, rescaled, and even displayed logarithmically.

The ProfiTrend offers the automatic generation of various reports:

Maintenance data can also be logged in the ProfiTrend software: simply select the performed activity at the relevant location, and its logging is done automatically. You will never again wonder why the trend changed at that exact moment! The ProfiTrend software contains all the information needed for efficient maintenance organization. If necessary, you can look up when the bearings were last replaced (and what type!), when the oil change was done, when balancing or shaft alignment was performed.
