VMI X-Trend Vibration Analyzer Software - The X-Trend software is an easy-to-use, Hungarian-language, data storage and trend-making PC software based on Windows 95/98/2000/XP, designed for the X-Viber handheld instrument.

The X-Trend is used for programming the measuring routes of the handheld instrument, receiving its data, storing them, automatic limit value evaluation, trend and report generation.

In the X-Trend program, machine groups, machines, and measuring points can be named arbitrarily. New databases can be easily created by copying and editing sample machines and machine groups. Machine diagrams or photos can be inserted into the database as graphic files (e.g., .bmp, .jpg, .wmf, or .gif format).

By setting prediction and alarm limit values, we receive information during measurements if the machine vibration or bearing condition (both g-based and envelope-based) reaches or exceeds the preset values.

Based on the database created in the X-Trend software, the measuring routes required for programming the X-Viber handheld instrument can be quickly generated. Transferring the measuring route or receiving the measured data is a very simple operation: after connecting the instrument via the USB port, communication can be started with just one button press, and the program will handle the rest automatically.

Trends of machine vibrations and bearing conditions can be generated instantly from the data stored in the X-Trend software, where the charts can be zoomed in and scaled. The trends of multiple selected measurement points can be displayed simultaneously. Measurement results can be printed out immediately as a report.

If only a short summary report is needed, the "data collection-report" automatically lists the results of the latest data collection, highlighting the limit value exceedances separately.

The data in the X-Trend database structure, the measurements in the trends, and the colors in the trends change according to the set limit values - thus, critical measuring points and times can be immediately identified at a glance.
