MSR 165 Multi-channel Measurement System: Data Logger for Impact and Vibration Measurement

The pinnacle of traffic monitoring, fault diagnostics, and load tests! The robust MSR 165 Multi-channel Measurement System can perform 1600 acceleration (shock and vibration) measurements per second on all 3 axes for up to 5 years. The shock observation range can be selected from ±15 g to ±200 g, and thanks to the PreTrigger feature, the 32 measurement data points before the event occurrence are also recorded.

MSR 165 Multi-channel Measurement System: More than a billion measured values

The built-in memory allows storage of 2 million measured values, enough for recording over 10,000 shock events. With a microSD card (≥4GB), this capacity can be expanded to 1 billion measured data points. The saved data can be easily and quickly accessed directly on a PC or laptop from the card, or via a USB connection.

MSR ShockViewer for Impact and Vibration Analysis

The delivery scope of MSR165 includes the MSR PC software for data configuration and analysis. With MSR165 Firmware Version 2.00 and newer versions, you have access to the MSR ShockViewer analysis software specifically tailored to the requirements of transportation monitoring, allowing extensive analysis and graphical representation of data recorded in shock mode, as well as automatic report generation.

MSR 165 Multi-channel Measurement System: Ideal for long-term measurements

The waterproof housing of MSR 165 data logger has extremely low power consumption, thanks to the minimal power usage of the high-performance 3-axis accelerometer. The rechargeable 900 mAh lithium-polymer battery enables monitoring of shocks for up to 6 months. For measurements lasting longer than this, the device can be equipped with long-life MSR Power Pack batteries, allowing the device to record up to 6 times more data.

Shock observation ranges of ±15 g and ±200 g are available, and thanks to the PreTrigger feature, the 32 measurement data points before the event occurrence are also recorded.

As needed, the MSR165 is equipped with a housing suitable for a microSD card (one ≥4GB card included). With the card, the number of measurement data of the MSR 165 can be expanded to over one billion. This is interchangeable even during operation.
Please note that expanding with a microSD card only complies with the IP60 standard.
